SHIPPING & RETURNS
We charge an 8% flat rate to deliver your items to the receiver of your choice. That fee is waived if you would like to pick up the item at our Fair Haven store however, we will only the hold the item for 7 days. Please make sure you have the manpower and proper vehicle to accommodate the items you pick up from the store.
We at Salt Design Co. stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt for a replacement or store credit.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Items not eligible for return: all furniture, fabric, wallpaper, light fixtures, or sale items.
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns on custom orders of any kind.
Many of Salt’s products are customized and made to order, so it is essential to review purchase orders for accuracy and specifications. Custom ordered pieces cannot be canceled or changed once in production.
Confirmed orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If an order is terminated within the manufacturer’s cancellation period, charges and/or restocking fees may apply. All invoice balances are due prior to installation dates of each product.

Perfect for styling, staging, and adding the finishing touches to a project.

We can invoice either you or your client directly. Please note that either way the invoice will reflect the designer discount.
If we are invoicing you, just let us know if you would like us to charge you sales tax or not. If we are to invoice your client directly sales tax is a must.
